About Stephanie

I am from Roanoke, VA, and I’ve lived in Louisville for seven years.

I grew up witnessing my family struggle with mental health concerns and unhealthy relationship patterns, and this influenced my desire to become a therapist. 

I have been in therapy on and off throughout my adult life, and my experience as a client has influenced how I show up as a therapist. 

I love working with women who struggle with anxiety, have experienced religious trauma, and/or are experiencing relationship concerns (e.g. codependency, attachment concerns, unhealthy relationship cycles).

I believe in practicing what I teach my clients, and this gives me insight regarding the challenges you may face as you continue on your healing journey! 

I consistently seek out knowledge of interventions that will help you create sustainable change and live a life that is intentional.

I enjoy reading, going on long walks, listening to podcasts, and being out in the sun.

I am an introvert, and small talk usually feels uncomfortable for me.

My favorite season is summer, and you can find me by the pool any day it’s sunny and warm.
