Helping women overcome anxiety, trauma, and self-doubt to feel calm, confident, and in control. Serving clients in Louisville across Kentucky via telehealth
Sanja understands how overwhelming it can feel to keep everything together while struggling inside. She helps women manage anxiety, heal from trauma, and rebuild their sense of peace and self-trust. Her down-to-earth style makes therapy feel comfortable, like talking with someone who truly gets it.
Therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a checklist.
My Background
Born and raised in Kentucky, I earned my BSW from Eastern Kentucky University and my MSW from Northern Kentucky University. I take pride in making therapy feel real—a space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment. My goal is to make sessions feel more like a conversation with someone you trust than a formal appointment.
Approach & Philosophy
After years in different social work roles, I found my true calling in therapy. Helping clients grow, heal, and find peace has given my work deeper meaning than I ever imagined. My approach is relaxed, supportive, and practical—I focus on helping you build the skills and confidence to handle whatever life brings.
Fun Facts
I’m a mom of two, a self-proclaimed Type A who somehow thrives in chaos. I coach kids’ soccer (despite knowing nothing about the game), love being outdoors, and can usually be found hiking, gardening, or camping with my family. I’ve heard it all—and I promise, very little surprises me.
Sanja uses evidence-based approaches like CBT and trauma-informed therapy, tailoring each session to fit your goals and comfort level. Her sessions are relaxed, supportive, and focused on helping you build practical tools for everyday life.
