About Gracie

My pronouns are she/her/hers

I attended the University of Kentucky for my undergraduate degree and my Master’s in Social Work. 

I chose to become a therapist because I have personally experienced its benefits, and I hope to help others through life’s challenges.

My approach is rooted in acceptance and understanding. I meet my clients where they are, without judgment, and draw on their unique strengths to guide our work together. 

I utilize techniques from the following modalities: CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT. 

I am interested in working with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and body image issues. 

I have two dogs named Rudie and Carmela. They are the best!

When I’m not working, you can often find me watching movies. I collect copies of all my favorites. I find that movies can be a great way to unwind and escape for a while.

I enjoy anything creative, like making art, cooking, or doing DIY projects around my house.
