Find Your Balance, Even When Life Feels Messy

Have you been feeling exhausted, anxious, or stuck? Does it seem like everything has become too much to carry on your own? Casey works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and co-occurring concerns. She creates a supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin building practical tools for lasting change.

Therapy with Casey is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you live more fully and intentionally.

My Background

Casey is originally from Kentucky and earned her degree from the University of Kentucky. She became a therapist out of a longstanding passion for helping others and supporting people through life’s most difficult seasons. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and co-occurring challenges. She is trained in evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ART, and motivational interviewing, bringing both structure and flexibility into her work with clients.

Approach & Philosophy

Casey strives to be a warm, approachable therapist who provides a non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. She believes that healing begins when people feel safe enough to express themselves honestly and openly. By blending evidence-based interventions with genuine connection, she partners with clients to better understand what’s been weighing on them and to develop meaningful, sustainable change. Her goal is to help clients move toward becoming the healthiest and most authentic versions of themselves.

Fun Facts

Casey is a twin and loves spending time with her dog whenever she can. Hiking — especially trips to Asheville — is one of her favorite ways to recharge. When she’s winding down after a busy day, you’ll likely find her playing video games or getting lost in a good book.

Specialities

Casey uses evidence-based approaches like CBT and trauma-informed therapy, tailoring each session to fit your goals and comfort level. Her sessions are relaxed, supportive, and focused on helping you build practical tools for everyday life.
