Helping women and teens find calm, confidence, and balance through life’s challenges. Serving clients in Danville and across Kentucky via telehealth
Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes it’s hard to see where to start. Brandy offers a safe, judgment-free space to slow down, process what’s going on, and begin creating lasting change. Her sessions blend warmth, understanding, and practical guidance—helping you find peace of mind and confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges.
Therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a checklist.
My Background
Brandy (she/her) is originally from Madison County, Kentucky, and earned her degree from Campbellsville University. She’s passionate about helping people feel at ease in therapy and believes the best work happens when you can be completely yourself. Her calm, down-to-earth presence helps clients open up, feel understood, and begin creating meaningful change in a comfortable, judgment-free space.
Approach & Philosophy
Brandy specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, infertility, pregnancy loss, substance use, and personality disorders. She draws from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care to create sessions that are collaborative and practical. Her focus is on helping clients recognize their strengths, release old patterns, and build confidence, resilience, and a sense of peace that lasts long after therapy ends.
Fun Facts
Outside of the office, Brandy loves photography, family adventures, and exploring new places. She’s a big fan of reading, thrifting, and crafting—anything that lets her express creativity and unwind. At home, she enjoys time with her husband, their young son, and their very spoiled German Shepherd, often soaking up the sunshine and simple joys of small-town Kentucky life.
Brandy keeps therapy real and approachable. You’ll talk openly, laugh when it fits, and work through life’s challenges at a pace that feels right. Her focus is on helping you understand yourself better, manage stress more effectively, and feel stronger in your ability to handle whatever comes next.
