My fee is $125 per hour for individual therapy

I attended the University of Louisville.
I believe therapy was a call and a purpose for me in life. I love helping people and building relationships.
I have a passion for working with individuals who are often considered challenging or hard to treat. I specialize in addiction, trauma related issues, and gerontology; enabling me to integrate medical and psychosocial perspectives to provide holistic care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Therapy is a conversation, not a lecture—come as you are, and let’s work together at your pace. I create a space where you can be your authentic self without fear of judgment.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff; sometimes laughter is part of the healing process.
I’m usually very somatic in my approach leaning on using the Polyvagal Theory the first couple of sessions. I am also certified in DBT!
Your unique background and experiences are honored and celebrated in our sessions.
While the atmosphere is laid-back, the focus on your growth and healing is always intentional.
Whether you’re ready to dive deep or just dip your toes in, the process is entirely yours to navigate.
I support a holistic approach and value tending to our mental, emotional, physical, and even spiritual health.
I value realness over formality; therapy is about being human, not perfect. All thoughts, feelings, and experiences are welcome—there’s no “right” way to show up.

I have always been outside of the box and I believe self expression is very important!
I currently have long dreadlocks and my personality is a bohemian type of style so very chill.
I have a personal story in recovery.
Music and festivals are my cup of tea.
In my free time I like to do anything outdoors, making art, and playing with my dog.
