My fee is $125 per hour for individual therapy

Grew up in Lincoln County, KY but reside in Danville, KY now.
My undergraduate degree is in Secondary Education from WKU.
Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Addiction Education from WKU. GO TOPS!!
The reason I wanted to become a therapist: Mental health is a critical part in overall wellness. As a caring and compassionate person I knew that I was capable offer support to others as a therapist. Also, my personal experience with therapy helped change my life for the better!
I specialize in: Teenagers, Substance Abuse, Family members of those struggling with Addiction, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions ,and Co-occurring Disorders.

Utilize a Person-Centered approach, Reality therapy and CBT.
I welcome everyone to therapy no matter where they are at in their journey with life!
I love being a therapist!! Being able to see people achieve overall wellness and become their authentic self through therapy is such an amazing thing to witness.

My favorite place is Lake Cumberland and I enjoy weight lifting.
I am obsessed with penguins, reading and watching documentaries!
I am not a big fan of the outdoors unless it is at the lake or the beach. I am absolutely terrified of spiders.
I am overall a very positive and laid back person.
